What ADAPT does?
- Development activities of young entrepreneurs through entrepreneurial consulting, vocational training, technology transfer and facilitating collaborations and partnerships; - Activities to encourage entrepreneurship among vulnerable groups, including entrepreneurial counseling / consulting; - Information, counseling, individual and group orientation; - Information, counseling and mediation activities; - Activities to promote volunteering; - Support services activities for education; - Social diagnosis, formulation, evaluation and optimization of government policies; - Promoting access to information, transparency of decision-making and encouraging civic participation; - Promoting the development of the local economy, rural development and social economy, including social enterprises, through actions and projects, advocacy and lobby campaigns; - Development of projects to facilitate the access of people belonging to vulnerable groups - Organizes and runs events and programs to promote the Information Society and the Knowledge Society; - Performs activities of technological transfer, research-development, studies and elaborates strategies, builds databases, systematizes the information and ensures the access of the young entrepreneurs, its members;
Values and objectives.
Objective 1
Promoting and supporting entrepreneurial activity, vocational training, continuous VET training, and innovation transfer with priority for young people.
Objective 2
Promoting development policies in Romania, at national and international level, under the aegis of the European Union and the United Nations;
Objective 3
Collaboration with central and local public administration structures, with similar structures in the country and abroad, in order to promote economic development and technological transfer in Romania.

Organizes and mentors / mentors young entrepreneurs and supports collaboration between them;
ADAPT Values.
1 Citizen engagement: participation in decision-making and community involvement, volunteering, encouraging democratic values (promoting and protecting human rights, rule of law and justice reform, good governance, transparency and anti-corruption, etc.);
2 social justice: development of the rural inter-ethnic community and combating social inequalities, poverty, exclusion of marginalized groups, such as Roma, as well as promoting gender equality and combating gender-based violence;
3 Sustainable development, including biodiversity and environmental protection, ecotourism, raising awareness, education, public participation in environmental protection;
4 Welfare and basic services for the most vulnerable groups in society, such as children and young people at risk, people with disabilities, the Roma population and victims of domestic violence;
5 Capacity development through support, coalitions and networks of NGOs at regional and national level, contributing to a favorable environment for NGOs and strengthening the representation of the sector.
6 Bilateral partnership by financing the bilateral activities aimed at increasing cooperation between NGOs in Romania and neighboring countries, in order to improve the mutual knowledge and understanding of the resulting actions. Bilateral funds will be used to support partner search for partnership projects, know-how, networking and exchange between project promoters and entities in other states.
